My Pavlova
It all started with my brother-in-law's wife who ordered yummylicious pavlova for family gathering during my confinement. I am very passionate about baking although my first few attempts of making the meringue failed. Big credit to my sister-in-law who finally made it when she found the recipe on youtube. *wink*

We have been living in this new house since March 2012. Recently, we received new neighbor and they did their housewarming cum Raya open house.
This one is a gift for their housewarming (sounds like "Desperate Housewife" ain't it? teehee). Hopefully they enjoyed it! Welcome to the neighborhood Rabiah & Irwan! Not forgetting their kids Rafik, Rafi as well as Rabiah's mother, Mak Jah! Nice knowing you guys.

Rahmat and Asma's Open House
These order was supposed to be on 31st August 2012 for Asma n Rahmat's open house/house warming but I was told to postponed it because heard a sad news on that particular week. Asma's grandfather passed away. I am very sorry to hear the news and May Allah in his infinite mercy bless his soul with forgiveness and admit him in the eternal bliss of paradise...
A week later, received message from Rahmat saying that the order is still on but this time for tahlil cum house warming. So I have made these for them as Asma loves my Red Velvet Cuppies with Cream Cheese Frosting so much. With the total of 54 cuppies and two pavlovas, it was a hit and its gone within seconds (Though I was late to arrived there). But poor Asma and Rahmat because they don't even got to taste the pavlova. I'll make sure both of you get to taste this yumm thing next time!
Thank you so much for the order dearest friends. Hope your guests enjoyed it!

Mak's Order
These two were specially ordered by my mother-in-law. It happened to be that her colleagues in school were clueless about this most-talked-about dessert in town. So I've made them and they were totally in love with it (that's what my mother in law said). *teehee*
Thank you mak for spreading the love. Hope they will order one soon!

Nuhi's (repeat) Order
I think these mini meringues looks cute. I made it to look like a bowl instead of the one that i've made before (refer older post on mini chocolate pavlova) and the texture was different too.
This was again Nuhi's order within the same week for his office's Raya event. Only that this time he wanted 5 of each of chocolate and normal mini pavlova.
Thank you again for the orders bro. Hope you and your colleagues enjoyed it!
PS: Pavlova will not survive hot weather condition. Do not expose it to the sun.

Mini Chocolate Pavlova's 1st Attempt
As I googled alot on pavlova to improvise my skill and technique, i found this recipe from Nigella Lawson's website and make me wants to try this pavlova chocolate meringue recipe. I decided to make it in mini sizes so that I can share it with lots of people for trial.
It tasted yummy indeed! Hope they love it...

Kak Dijah's Order
This person is the one who responsible to introduce me "meringue" way back in high school (that was 13 years ago!). Of course at that time I have no clue of what it is other than some fancy name for a dessert.
As the time goes by, I always remembered her whenever I see or read about meringue. Last Ramadhan, I invited my ex-schoolmates for iftar event (mini reunion) and one of the dishes is Pavlova. She bought just the meringue (yes only meringue) for Hari Raya celebration and she said she would like to order another one for her Raya potluck soon.
Yes she did order the one in the picture below. Hope you and your friends enjoyed it!
Thank you Kak dijah!
